IBS Experience: Champions raise awareness about IBS

Champions who raise awareness about IBS are both patients and industry friends. We are asking patients for World IBS Day 2026 to either send a photo of themselves to add to our Faces of IBS wall and/or tweet a message on X or Instagram and tag @worldibsday about the importance of World IBS Day. Those who choose to send World IBS Day a photo of themselves will have a chance to receive a copy of a new book written by Beth Rosen, MS, RD, CDN Gut Goals: A Practical Plan for Managing IBS by submitting a photo below. 25 copies of the book will be randomly given away.
